RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 14 calendar days. If more than 14 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Start date of the 14 calendar days: date of collection in store or delivery date: date appearing on the delivery slip.
To be eligible for a return, your order must be unused and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Items cut to order (skirting boards, special cuts, etc.) are not refundable.
To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase (invoice or delivery note)
Only returns made to the billing address will be considered (only valid address)

In the case of the purchase of the commercial guarantee "Replacement Guarantee", the deadline of our returns and refunds policy is extended by 7 working days, i.e. a total of 21 calendar days.
Also in the case of the purchase of the commercial guarantee "Replacement Guarantee", we will proceed free of charge and at our expense to replace as soon as possible any breakages not reported upon delivery of your order. In this case, the return costs will also be at our expense.


In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will automatically be credited, within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Sale or promotional items are not refundable. Only regular priced items are fully refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, send us an email at contact@blanchemateriauxnobles.fr and send your item to: Place de l'Horloge - Zone Belle Hélène, SOMMEDIEUE, MEUSE, 55320, France.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive, may vary.

Shipping

Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an order over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
