Shipping Policy

Shipments are handled by our partner GEODIS.

Shipping is available throughout mainland France.

Your order will be packaged on one or more "Europe type" pallets, dimensions 80cm x 120cm, depending on the quantities ordered. The maximum weight of each pallet does not exceed 750kg.

Upon receipt of your order, it will be processed by our logistics department, which will be responsible for preparing and packaging it.

The order processing time is between 1 and 3 working days depending on schedules, collections and quantities ordered.

As soon as your order is collected from our warehouse, you will be contacted by our partner GEODIS by email and/or telephone to inform you of the days or slots available in your geographical area. Tracking of your order will also be available via GEODIS tools.

Delivery and unloading will be at the bottom of the door of the delivery address. Unloading on upper or lower levels of any building is not permitted.

Delivery times are between 1 and 7 working days. This time depends on the organization of our partner GEODIS.

For in-store pickup, once your order is ready, you will be notified by email and/or phone. It will be available for in-store pickup during the following opening hours: Tuesday to Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Closed on Mondays and Sundays.

What is the legal guarantee of conformity?

The legal guarantee of conformity is a guarantee against all manufacturing defects during the purchase or delivery of a product.

It is mandatory. Every seller must provide a legal guarantee of conformity on each product.

Defects concerned

Which contracts are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity?

The legal guarantee of conformity applies to the following contracts:

How to enforce the legal guarantee of conformity at Blanche Matériaux Nobles?

You notice a defect less than 2 years after delivery

You have 2 years after delivery of the goods to use the warranty.

The defect is automatically considered to date from before the purchase of the product. You therefore do not have to provide proof of the date on which the defect appeared.

If the seller disputes the application of the warranty and considers that the defect appeared after purchase, it is up to him to prove it.

You can return the product to the seller by providing a deposit receipt or notify them by mail, preferably by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

Your mail must be accompanied by proof of purchase: delivery note, invoice, receipt.

The procedure is free .

You must choose between repairing and replacing the non-compliant item. If there is a clear cost difference between the 2 options, the seller may impose the less expensive option.

You can get a full refund (by returning the product) or a partial refund (by keeping the product) if these 2 options:

  • are impossible (for example if manufacturing has been stopped),
  • or cannot be implemented within one month of your claim,
  • or create a major inconvenience for you.

You notice a defect more than 2 years after delivery

You can benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for a period of 2 years from the discovery of the non-conformity. This latter discovery may occur several months after delivery. After this period of 2 years from the discovery, you can no longer take action to benefit from this guarantee.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 14 calendar days. If more than 14 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Start date of the 14 calendar days: date of collection in store or delivery date: date appearing on the delivery slip.
To be eligible for a return, your order must be unused and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Items cut to order (skirting boards, special cuts, etc.) are not refundable.
To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase (invoice or delivery note)
Only returns made to the billing address will be considered (only valid address)

In the case of the purchase of the commercial guarantee "Replacement Guarantee", the deadline of our returns and refunds policy is extended by 7 working days, i.e. a total of 21 calendar days.
Also in the case of the purchase of the commercial guarantee "Replacement Guarantee", we will proceed free of charge and at our expense to replace as soon as possible any breakages not reported upon delivery of your order. In this case, the return costs will also be at our expense.

* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Sale or promotional items are not refundable. Only regular priced items are fully refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
